This indicates how much mail in MegaBytes (MB) is being handled by the mail server(s).

• Message Count

This indicates how many mail messages passed through the mail server(s).

• Delivery under 5 mins

This indicates what percentage of messages are delivered to the recipients mailbox within 5 minutes. This provides an indication of the efficiency of the mail service, but it does depend on factors outside the control of the service such as how large a message is and how far across other networks it must travel.

• Server Identity

The above figures may be shown against more than one server, eg mail.nhs.uk. More than one name is shown when the load is shared by more than one server.
